1.     All services rendered by or on behalf of EZT Travel (Pty) Ltd t/a Global Travel Alliance South Africa (‘Global Travel Alliance’ / ‘GTA’) to the members are subject to the terms and conditions set out below and the terms and conditions of the membership service agreement.


2.     Global Travel Alliance, located at Unit 16 Auckland Park, Auckland Street, Paarden Island, Cape Town, 7405, South Africa, is part of the Global Travel Alliance Group of Companies.


3.     Global Travel Alliance is a membership-based supplier of travel and accommodation. Members have access to GTA’s accommodation and travel inventory on this website. Members shall:

3.1.  Have access to the website;

3.2.  Be entitled to set travel, accommodation and/or other service criteria;

3.3.  Be entitled to request quotations; and

3.4.  Be entitled to confirm bookings and place reservations relating to travel, accommodation and/or other service requirements.


4.     The services do not include advisory services.


5.     Any person(s) wishing to utilise GTA’s service indicates their acceptance of these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the membership service agreement by proceeding with quotations and bookings. Upon doing so, such person is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the aforesaid terms and conditions and to have the authority to do so on behalf of the person/company in whose name the reservation or booking is made (collectively referred to as ‘member(s)’).



6.     Global Travel Alliance and/or its affiliates or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, products, and services for any purpose contained in the attached voucher. All such information, products, services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind from Global Travel Alliance. Global Travel Alliance hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software, products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, title and non-infringement.


7.     In no event shall Global Travel Alliance and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the products or related services advertised on this website, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
