To whom it may concern
I really appreciate the good services i received from Ms. Kirby Williams. Her outstanding services was spot on. She was very helpful, kind and professional.
Even though the accommodation that she booked me in Kasane, Botswana, was very far about 10km from town and not up to scratch and i ended up cancelling the booking. This did not discourage her . In actual Fact, I thought i was going to be penalized and loose the percentage of money as result. But Ms. Williams assured me that everything was going to be fine and she will make sure that i received my refunds, which i received yesterday afternoon. This was really a good gesture from her.
